What to do when you visit campus

Interviews and class visits will be available in your senior year. 

We are pleased that you are interested in learning more about W&L as you embark on your college search. Plan a visit to campus and sit in on an information session and walk our historic campus with a current student to experience life at W&L.

During your campus visit you will have an opportunity to participate in our: 

1. Group Information Session

Information sessions are a great way to learn more about life inside and outside the classroom at W&L. Led by a member of the admission staff, information sessions let you explore what makes academic and student life at W&L distinctive and exciting. It provides you a great overview of the application and admissions process, and it gives you a chance to ask our knowledgeable admissions officers any questions you may have. Each session typically lasts an hour and is followed or preceded by a campus tour.

2. Campus Tours

Campus tours are the best way to get the inside scoop on student life at W&L. Led by a current student these tours immerse you in the daily life of a W&L student and let you explore the ins and outs of campus. These 60-minute walking tours provide you a glimpse into academic, athletic, and residential life on campus all the with your own personal student narrator who is happy to share who all these facilities and opportunities make life at W&L an unforgettable experience. Our student tour guides are also a great resource to answer any questions you may have about student life at the university.
