All requests are considered on a first come first serve basis. Preliminary availability of the space may be determined by checking the Lee Chapel Calendar.
You may call the Lee Chapel Museum Office at 540-458-8768 to reserve the Chapel Auditorium or requests must be submitted on a Reservation Request Form (see Forms page). This form must be sent via e-mail to email@example.com or by campus mail to Lee Chapel & Museum, #11 University Place. Demand for the Chapel auditorium is high and we suggest that your request be made NO LESS THAN FOUR WEEKS PRIOR to the scheduled event.
Confirmation of the reservation for use of Lee Chapel for University activities will be e-mailed upon receipt of the Reservation Form and subsequent verification that there are no conflicts. Please do not assume the date and times are firm until confirmation has been made.
