Washington and Lee University is vitally concerned with the undergraduate education of students who wish to enter medical, dental, and veterinary schools as well as other graduate health professions programs. Health Professions advisers are biology and chemistry faculty members who provide advice on curricular as well as extracurricular preparation for a career in health professions. In the application year, we provide comprehensive services to students: reading application essays, preparing and delivering letters of evaluation, interviewing practice, and advising on specific programs.
