CSS Profile:  Required online application for institutional need-based aid.  Our school code is 5887.

FAFSA:  The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required to determine federal aid eligibility.  Applicants should complete the FAFSA only after their federal income tax returns are completed for the current year.

VTAG: The Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant is granted to Virginia residents attending a Virginia private university.

Yellow Ribbon Participation Request: Applicants who wish to use the Yellow Ribbon Benefit must notify our office by submitting this form.

Student Signature Authorization: All students must submit this authorization in order to use the Aid Status Online system.

 

Tax Return Non-Filers

2012 Tax Non-Filer Statement for Parent: Parents who are not required to file a federal tax return for the 2012 tax year should submit this non-filer statement in lieu of a tax return.

2013 Tax Non-Filer Statement for Parent: Parents who are not required to file a federal tax return for the 2012 tax year should submit this non-filer statement in lieu of a tax return.

2012 Tax Non-Filer Statement for Student: Students who are not required to file a federal tax return for the 2012 tax year should submit this non-filer statement in lieu of a tax return.

2013 Tax Non-Filer Statement for Student: Students who are not required to file a federal tax return for the 2012 tax year should submit this non-filer statement in lieu of a tax return.

 

Appeals and Special Circumstances

Noncustodial Parent Waiver Request for 2014-15: Applicants who would like to request the waiver of the Non-Custodial Parent PROFILE application should submit this form.

2014-15 Special Circumstances Notification: Students who have a special circumstance that will impact their family's ability to contribute to education should submit this form.

Expense Declaration for 2014-15: Families may submit this form to supplement letters of special circumstances or appeals

2014-15 Appeal for Additional Review - Students who have received their award letter and would like to submit additional information for further review should submit this form.

2013-14 Special Circumstances Notification: Students who have a special circumstance that will impact their family's ability to contribute to education should submit this form.

Loan Related Documents

2013-14 Borrower Information Sheet for Grad PLUS (BIS):  All law students who are applying for the Grad PLUS Loan must complete and submit this form to the Financial Aid Office before the loan can be processed.

2014-15 Borrower Information Sheet for Grad PLUS (BIS): All law students who are applying for the Grad PLUS Loan must complete and submit this form to the Financial Aid Office before the loan can be processed.

2013-14 Borrower Information Sheet for Parent PLUS (BIS):  All parents of undergraduate students who are applying for the PLUS loan must complete and submit this form to the Financial Aid Office before the loan can be processed.

2014-15 Borrower Information Sheet for Parent PLUS (BIS): All parents of undergraduate students who are applying for the PLUS loan must complete and submit this form to the Financial Aid Office before the loan can be processed.

 

Other

Financial Aid Committee Petition:  Aid recipients who have been notified by the Financial Aid Office that they are not meeting the GPA requirement necessary for maintaining their aid eligibility may submit this petition

Refund Request Form:  If a credit exists on the student account after all tuition, fees, and University-billed expenses are paid, the student may complete this form to request the refund credit via mail or wire.
